Hemanshu Patel is a Partner with over 16 years of private equity investment experience. Hemanshu joined North Castle in 2016 as a Vice President and is actively involved in the execution and due diligence of new investment opportunities across a variety of Healthy, Active, and Sustainable Living sectors. Hemanshu was promoted to Principal in 2016 and to Partner in 2021. Hemanshu currently manages the Firm’s investments in NEST New York, Glow Recipe, Sparx Hockey, EWC Growth, Maya Kaimal Foods, Windham Mountain, The Escape Game, Full Swing, and Turnbridge. Prior to joining the North Castle team, Hemanshu was an investment professional at J.W. Childs Associates, bringing with him eight years of experience evaluating middle-market consumer and specialty retail opportunities. Prior to J.W. Childs Associates, he was an investment banking analyst at Citi, focusing on M&A and capital markets transactions in the technology, media and telecom sectors. Hemanshu earned a B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University, where he graduated with honors.
