Alyse Skidmore

Alyse Skidmore, CFO, joined North Castle in 2000 and is an experienced attorney and accountant with expertise in finance, accounting, taxation, and the legal mechanics of private equity. As an integral member of the senior leadership team, Alyse works closely with the firm's Managing Directors and is responsible for the management of all accounting and financial reporting, including investor, tax and regulatory reporting and compliance for the firm's private equity funds, management company, and general partners. In addition, Alyse communicates with the funds' investors and portfolio companies, collaborates on fund and deal structures, and provides transactional support. She also oversees the firm's day-to-day administration.
Before joining North Castle, Alyse served as a Senior Manager in tax consulting at Ernst & Young, where she provided consulting services to clients in financial services and private equity. Alyse received an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
