Accounting/Finance Alyse Skidmore Chief Financial Officer Alyse Skidmore, Chief Financial Officer, joined NCP in 2000 and is an experienced attorney and accountant with extensive expertise in taxation, fund accounting, partnership agreements and the legal mechanics of private equity. As North Castle's Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Skidmore communicates with investors on all aspects of fund business. She also oversees the firm's day-to-day business, including serving as a liaison for tax, auditing and legal firms; organizing advisor meetings, Chief Executive Officer conferences and annual meetings; managing payroll and benefits as well as oversees all accounting functions. Additionally Ms. Skidmore coordinates and maintains all marketing efforts, including North Castle's website, newsletter and press releases. Before joining North Castle, Ms. Skidmore served as a Senior Manager in tax consulting at Ernst & Young, where she provided consulting services to clients in financial services and private equity. She received an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
