Principals Jonathan Canarick Principal Jonathan Canarick joined North Castle Partners as an Associate in 2001. Mr. Canarick's primary focus at North Castle has been on the firm's aesthetics & personal care and consumer health sectors with a particular focus on the natural products industry within those verticals. Mr. Canarick has played important roles in the development of Avalon Natural Products, Enzymatic Therapy and gloProfessional. Mr. Canarick currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Enzymatic Therapy and gloProfessional. Recently, Mr. Canarick has taken an active role in North Castle's Fitness and Recreation vertical with the development of Performance Bicycle and the acquisition and development of World Health Club. Prior to joining North Castle, Mr. Canarick worked as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Sponsors group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he financed leveraged buyout transactions and worked on portfolio sell-side advisory for financial sponsors.
