John Bailey worked as an investment banking analyst in the Media & Telecommunications group of Credit Suisse First Boston prior to joining North Castle in February 2006. After completing requisites for the Pre-Medicine program, Mr. Bailey then pursued and received a B.B.A. with Distinction in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Grace Fu, prior to joining North Castle in July 2006, worked in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance group of UBS Investment Bank focusing upon corporate restructuring and debt financings transactions. She graduated with a B.S. in Economics concentrating in Finance and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jean Roberts, was an Associate at Berkshire Partners prior to joining North Castle in September 2007. Earlier in her career, she was an investment banking analyst in the Consumer/Retail Group at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Roberts received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting.

David Weston, prior to joining North Castle in December 2007, worked as an investment banking analyst in the Retail & Consumer group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Weston received a B.B.A. with Distinction in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
