Britt-Mari Boigris joined North Castle's finance/accounting department in April, 2001. She has over 9 years experience in accounting, most recently at Financial Fusion in Westport, CT (A division of Sybase, Inc). Ms. Boigris graduated from Aalesund Videregaende Skole in Norway, and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Accounting at The Kaplan University.

Lorri Garnett joined North Castle as Controller in February 2007. Prior to joining North Castle, she was the Controller for Ophir Energy Corp and Ferrer Freeman and Co. Ms. Garnett also has public accounting experience from her tenure at KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Ms. Garnett holds a BS in Accounting from Old Dominion University.

Erin M. O'Brien, was an Associate at AEA Investors LP prior to joining North Castle Partners in August 2010. Earlier in her career, she was an Analyst with Insight Venture Partners and Director of Corporate Development for Acronis, Inc., an Insight portfolio company. Ms. O'Brien graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and majored in PPE (Philosophy, Politics & Economics) and Psychology.

David Weston, prior to joining North Castle in December 2007, worked as an investment banking analyst in the Retail & Consumer group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Weston received a B.B.A. with Distinction in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
