Atkins will leverage North Castle's broad healthy living and aging expertise and resources, particularly in the nutrition and fitness industries, to re-position its leading weight management brand by re-formulating and re-packaging its products based on consumer feedback. North Castle has placed a ten person team, led by CEO Monty Sharma (former CEO of Naked Juice and EAS, both North Castle companies) from its network of operating executives to run the company. Together, Management and North Castle will accelerate brand growth by upgrading and modernizing the Atkins diet program, launching innovative new products, expanding distribution across channels, and integrating the Company’s products with the revised weight management program to maximize brand impact.
